Anvikshiki the Chanakya way of thinking

Chanakya wrote a book name Kautilya Arthashastra it is a ancient book for kings in this book chanakya talks about various teachings for kings and for leaders.
The Anvikshiki is a part a lesson from the Arthashastra .
Anvikshiki means right way of thinking Chanakya teach us about anvikshiki in which we learn logical thinking, reasoning, making strategies, ect.
1st question is What is Anvikshiki?
The ans - it is first Vidya (lesson of life) to learn 
In our society people say that think twice before doing anything but they do not teach us how to think .
Anvikshiki give us ability to maintain emotional stability in good and bad setuations and help us to think cleverly and do things cleverly.

Right Thinking (anvikshiki) , three Vedas (त्रयी), scriptures about money (वार्ता) and geopolitics (Dandneeti)

These four subjects are necessary to become a leader.(According to Chanakya)

Three Vedaa give us ability to make wise decisions ( diffine between what's right and wrong )
वार्ता ( scriptures about money ) help us to know it is profitable or not.
Geopolitics (Dandneeti) help us to understand law and order.

Before thinking about anything we need to consider these three areas of anvikshiki.
It is good or bad for me ? 
It is spiritually right or not ?
It is profitable or not ?
It is legally write or not ?
